Shan Chen is a leader in AI-driven drug discovery at Innovent Biologics, where she spearheads the development of computational platforms that integrate artificial intelligence, physics-based modeling, and translational bioinformatics to accelerate therapeutic innovation. Her expertise spans peptide discovery, small-molecule modeling, generative AI, and data-driven drug design. Prior to Innovent, she held scientific and strategic roles at Insilico Medicine, Regeneron, BenevolentAI, and Baylor College of Medicine. Passionate about bridging computation, biology, and chemistry, Shan focuses on building advanced AI-enabled discovery capabilities that translate cutting-edge science into impactful medicines for patients.
