Jihoon Kang
Co-Chief Executive Officer ONCOCROSS
Dr. Jihoon Kang, M.D., Ph.D., is Co-Chief Executive Officer of ONCOCROSS, an AI-driven biotechnology company developing multi-omics-enabled approaches to accelerate therapeutic discovery, indication expansion and drug development. A medical oncologist by training, he previously served as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of ONCOCROSS and as an Assistant Professor in Hematology and Oncology at Kangbuk Samsung Hospital. He completed his medical oncology fellowship and internal medicine residency at Asan Medical Center and undertook a visiting scholarship in developmental therapeutics at the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University. Dr. Kang brings together expertise in clinical oncology, translational research, and drug-development leadership to advance AI- and human multi-omics-driven therapeutic programs from biological hypothesis generation toward clinical translation.
